Mr. Evans Anabah was called to the Bar in the year 2009 and joined Kpatsa & Associates in 2010. Evans holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and an LLB from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, a Master of Applied Business Research from the Swiss Business School, Zurich, Switzerland, LLM in Oil and Gas Law from the Aberdeen business school of the Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland. Evans also holds Certificates in litigation practise and Arbitration from the American University, Washington College of Law. He is also an Engineering Procurement Construction contract specialist (EPC FIDIC SILVER BOOK) Evans is also an advocate and has been involved in many landmark cases.

His areas of interest include, corporate law, cross border transactions, Arbitration, EPC contracts and commercial law practice.

Evans, who has qualified in ADR and EPC contracts, represents banks and other private and public entities and sovereign governments in various financial transactions, with particular emphasis on their activities in the international capital market.
