Ernest Kwofie attended Tarkwa Senior High school. He has a Diploma and Degree in Business Management Studies (BMS) from the University of Cape Coast (UCC), a Bachelor of Laws Degree (L.L.B) from the Faculty of Law, Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and was called to the Ghana Bar in October 2019. He has recently served as a Legal Intern to Her Lordship Ladyship Elizabeth Ankomah, Justice of the High Court of Ghana. His areas of interests include: Business and Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Human Rights law, Family Law and criminal law.
